Abstract from Board of Directors' Annual Report

Total Coster Group turnover in 2008 amounted to Euro 147 138 000, compared to Euro 147 586 000 in 2007. In the course of the financial year 2008 the Group acquired the remaining 50% of Costertec S.A.,
and acquired 60% of the capital of Sun Spray Packaging (the major Indian manufacturer of mass-market perfumery pumps), subsequently renamed Coster India Packaging Pvt. Ltd. The 2008 financial statements thus consolidate these two companies.
