For our site in Pilar, Argentina, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Quality & Development team.
Reporting directly to the Quality & Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and managing process improvement initiatives for both internal and external customers, working from our production facility and at key customer locations.
Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Technical and quality analysis of production processes and products.
- Collaborate in providing technical responses and support to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate the quality pillars within the department.
- Work on continuous improvement processes.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Education in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset, oriented toward both internal and external clients.
- Technical English, with the ability to provide technical responses and participate in technical meetings.
