Twist-locking mechanism

For valves with stem Ø 3.9 and eurostem Ø 3.3
Rotor has an intuitive rotating locking mechanism.
The rotating collar has two ribbed areas for an ergonomic feel and easy turning.
The finger pad sits below the twist collar to avoid accidental actuation and to ensure high top-load resistance.

Features

The rotating closure ring has two ribbed areas for an ergonomic feel and easy turning.
The actuator snaps on over the 1” valve mounting cup and is designed to fit most standard size aluminium and tinplate cans.
Rotor is particularly suitable for use with ogival shoulder aluminum cans.
Rotor is developed for diverse product applications such as sunscreens, topical sprays, deodorant and A/P spray products; it is usable with most Coster standard inserts.

UNLIMITED COLOUR COMBINATIONS

Both the rotation closure ring and the actuator key can be produced in any number of different opaque or translucent colours.
The actuator is available in both micromist insert and directional insert versions.
The former is suitable for alcohol-based deodorants, sun-sprays, hair sprays and similar products; the latter is suitable for products containing components in suspension, such as anti-perspiration deodorants (AP), dry shampoos and so on.
